Everyday acts of kindness can greatly shape patients’ overall impressions of a hospital. We partnered with Digital Health Strategies to find, then tell simple stories of dedicated workers at Geisinger in an effort to have their commitment reflected in the company’s internal and external marketing. 

Here, the dedication of maternity ward nurses shines through in a rural community in western Pennsylvania.
