Everyday acts of kindness can greatly shape patients’ overall impressions of a hospital. We partnered with Digital Health Strategies to find, then tell simple stories of dedicated workers at Geisinger in an effort to have their commitment reflected in the company’s internal and external marketing. 

Here, a food service delivery worker conveys his dedication to patients through thoroughness and cheer.
